When I was a little kid I created the dance of sheep’s, which I memorized till this day. And whenever I feel happy, I start dancing that dance—in the middle of a ballet class, in the kitchen or in front of my friends and it sure adds a smile on their faces! And to mine!

I’ve been taking classes at the theatre since I was ten, and today my years of dance studies have allowed me and opened up for me the door to have the chance to be part of the great Caracalla Dance Theatre on specific productions while continuing my academic education in architecture. Its me following both my passions.

Always believe in yourself. Never give up on dance, and be confident that you can keep on dancing even when you are overwhelmed with university or school. Remember, dancers tend to have a better memory and better results than others!

The best feeling is to be surprised by your students when they go on stage during a show or an open class and to look at them and just say “You were AMAZING!”

I got used to my children very much that sometimes my friends tell me, Elena stop acting like a little child!” Their behavior really affects me a lot as being a child is the most beautiful sensation.

I am Saeed and I am very talkative in a positive way. I enjoy talking with others; I like movies, stories, reading & talking and last but not least dancing.

I am the contemporary teacher at Caracalla Dance school and my advice for my students is as follows, Maestro Abdel Halim Caracalla said that the expression is more important than the technique, for me it’s absolutely true, dance is from our soul and not just body movement. Dance is from our minds; we have to think before moving. From my experience, Contemporary dance let us live in another world.

When my mother registered in classical ballet I was 9 years old and I was the only boy at the time, I felt a bit ashamed to dance and to be wearing dance clothes but I soon realized how amazing it was to be surrounded by so many cute girls!

Students you must always stay calm and focused, and you will see with time the progress which you will achieve.
